The best assessment and evidence-based management decisions for these children and their families are made within an ethical framework so that adequate nutrition and pulmonary health are always top priorities in therapeutic decisions. Evaluation and management issues with case studies will be discussed through lecture, videotapes, and interactive discussions for problem solving across a range of ages and problems.
