| Langley School District invites applications for the position of Occupational Therapist. The school-aged Occupational Therapy Program exists primarily to assist students who have special needs to improve their ability to function in educational settings as well as at home and in the community.
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments; consulting/collaborating with parents and school and District staff; and providing indirect therapy.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy combined with two to three years of experience and be eligible for membership in the College of Occupational Therapists of B.C. The candidate must also possess the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team; have strong written and verbal communication skills and possess a valid B.C. Driver's License.
