| Job Description: |
| The worksite home base for this position can be located in either Cranbrook, Kimberley or Invermere. The position covers the communities of Kimberley and Invermere. Under the general direction of the Senior Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), the position provides family-centered speech & language services to children from birth to school entry and their families in Kimberley and Invermere. Responsibilities include the provision of a full range of clinical services, community consultation and education, and implementation of a population health approach targeting primary prevention activities and promotion of healthy communication in the general population. Qualifications include: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university; Eligible for membership with the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA);Current valid BC Driver’s License This position is a permanent part-time (.70 FTE)position.
