| Other Incentives: | You will have an assigned office space in both locations. Requests can be made for materials and equipment necessary to do your job. There is up to $2000.00 available through professional practice to attend continuing education events. You will be working with 2 other SLPs in the North Surrey office and 4 other SLPs in the North Delta office. You will have access to a Speech-Language Assistant in both offices. You will also receive support from an administrative assistant in both offices. You will have the opportunity to observe and consult with other SLPs across Fraser Health. |
| Job Description: |
| This is an opportunity for you to provide a range of communication therapy services for a diverse population in a supportive environment. You will be a part of a family centred program that considers the child's and the family's needs when determining the type, frequency and location of services. There will be opportunities for you to provide a range of services including assessment, consultation, individual and group therapy as well as workshops for families and other professionals. This is a .8 position that is split between the North Delta Public Health Unit and the North Surrey Public Health Unit. There is some flexibility with hours and days of work. |
